Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and Ayurvedic care labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
